Delivery

We will deliver DAF orders to the given delivery address. Please be aware; It is unfortunately not possible to deliver to post box addresses.

You have 2 options for worldwide delivery:
1. Standard delivery - with tracking
2. Priority delivery - with tracking

You will receive the goods within 2 - 8 working days depending on the chosen delivery service and destination.

The delivery costs depend on the total weight of the goods including the packaging. The delivery costs will be shown before an order is definitively placed.

Return

At the DAF online store, we respect and value every customer. Therefor if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt
• Complete your return with your order / return form of the purchase.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with its original tags and packaging (if applicable)
